Forward this too along with that.

Dear all,

Students who want to have Jain food can register for SGR Jain menu. That option will also be available to you all.

All the male students have to register for mess and also fill the period of stay in the portal. Your registration will be valid only if you fill your choice of caterer and also the period of stay. For research scholars, you will be taking a leave of 15 days. So fill the period of stay very clearly like (May 11 to June 15 and then in next July 1 to July 29)

And for the girls, you will be allotted the mess automatically (that is for sarayu and Sharavati students - vindhya and Sarayu extension students to VC). You have to do registration for letting us know that you are staying back and also the period of stay which I explained above.

The period of stay can be split into many times. You may stay back for 15 days in the start and then again 10 days in the last. But fill it very clearly.

Vacation category students who stay back should have permission from concerned authorities.

Dear JC,

What about the passing out students? Till when do we have to vacate our rooms?, and also, most of us have our Project Viva-Voce exam starting from 11th May onwards and it will go on for the entire week, so if we want to dine in the mess for say, around 10 days, do we also need to register for the mess?

Regards
Srinath.
