Dr.Gopal,

               I had waited from 4:30 to 5:00 in Himalaya 2nd Floor-SGR Mess along with their Asst Manager Mr.Shiva. Nobody turned up. One of the MMC Members said that he will come, but then, he too could not make it.

Hi Deepak,

 I am the one who promised but could not turn up. I had my plan set to attend and address few issues and was very sure about it so promised Vinu about my presence but seriously got stuck in some other equally (or rather more) important work. I communicated this to Vinu late. It was mistake from my side. I apologize again.

 I suggest you to set up a small meeting of MMC members to discuss about the structural and organizational issues of MMC. I find only Gaurav Kathel and I are only two there for the Himalaya second floor. Mostly we only attend the meeting. I do not know if there is any other MMC member looking after this mess. Previous month, I was alone.

 It would be good if we have a lunch time meeting on Thursday if you have no issues as I rarely find evening time slot free on this particular day.

Adding to the issue of Himalaya Ground floor as well, I request Mr. Vinu to shift the meeting from tea time to lunch time. Also, I request MMCC members looking after SKPL to raise any concerns they have in this shift.
