Hello Deepak, JC and Kranthi,

I am writing this mail to express my displeasure regarding overlooking the members of MMCC and CMGFS in invitations for the HM day celebrations. I believe that the respective members of both the committees have given their contribution in smooth running of facilities to the students and residents of the campus, with only satisfaction and appreciations in return. I feel that along with the outgoing hostel council, It would be really a token of appreciation for the members of both committees to get invited to this event. I hope that you will ponder on my point.

First of all, coming to the money spent in this Hostel Management Day is not the students money at all (neither Establishment 'A' charges nor Establishment 'B' charges). Moreover, even the money which we get from the sales of cycles in our hostels is given to the Hostel Welfare Fund ( which sponsors few of the Hostel inmates). So, its not our money which is being used.

All the eateries, Laundry, cycle repair shop, Post Office, BSNL telephone exchange, all the cleaning staff, Canara Bank, SBI, RO water, Owzone, gas suppliers, Shopping Complex, caterers and many others have been invited for the HMD.

Regarding Hospital staff, we pay a hospital fee and hospital employees are salaried people paid to do their job.

Please cooperate with the students organizing the Hostel Management Day (ice cream night and the main event] and lets us make this event a grand success.
