Meeting to finalise Caterers

Our hostel night sampling has come to end. Its high time to decide upon the caterers for particular hostel. So. we will have a meeting about the same on 11th April, 5PM @ Himalaya Lawns. 

Please find your time to come to this meeting so you will get the best caterers for yourself. 

If you are not able to make up, please do send your incoming mess secretaries.

The tendering committee meeting was suddenly called by the chairperson just 1 hour back. This tender meeting is at 4.30PM. So We will have our meeting at 6PM. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
