salad quality in SK North

Dear Vinu,

I want to share some couple of points with you regarding the salad issues in SK.

1. I have observed that people are not happy with the quality of salad(esp.
    cucumber and onion)  which they provide. I personally also agree with that. The

    salads appears to be very stale and completely lack freshness.Some couple of
    days back we reported this issue to Mr.Erichon but still there is no improvement.

2.Today(Sunday ;Apr 13) during dinner time around 7.20pm  i saw no lime juice was given.

   So when I asked the boys present there they were reluctant in serving lime juice since
   the manager didn't tell them.But unfortunately during that time I couldn't find the manager.

   I reported you ; because I have observed this some couple of times.

I request you to look into this issue and get them solved.

Dear Vinu Sir,

Also can we have a  check on the quality of milk, which is served for Boost on Saturday night. Y'day quality was very poor, there were some complaints to me about this issue.

This with regards to the salad issues in SK  which I addressed in my previous mail,

 *  First of all I completely disagree with you on the salad appearing to be dry owing to the presence of fan because If you
    see there is no Fan present in the vicinity of the salads to make them dry and they appear so only due to lack of
    freshness.When we reported to the manager once even he agreed but didn't serve fresh salads next time.      
 *   Now regarding the lemon dressing ; it was not at all served on that day and by the way Refilling the Lemon Dressing @  

  7.00pm doesn't make any sense.Any way the absence of lemon on one day is completely acceptable but they tend to do it

  deliberately (which I personally have experienced)and when we ask with the boys there they seems to give irrelevant
  answers and tend to ignore us.At the very best they tend to offer it on personal basis and are reluctant in serving it in
  common which is not at all acceptable.

   Hoping that the issues will be addressed.
