Hey hie guys, hope you all doing good. Just to say, if any one really interested to get in or even confused whether to sit for lombard, read it once. Ppl wishing a finance profile do not sit, since its totally underwriting (pls google it) or simply put not finance.
But not to scare, underwriting is interesting plus career growth is very good. Also u need to be damn flexible since working hours are long. An added advantage if ur in the headoffice Mumbai, since the exposure is really good where you directly interact with top management. However the attrition is too high (cant say if I meet you there:P) hence you can expect alot of work due to sudden handovers.. Also the probation period is of 1yr hence no CL/PL till then. For the process, it will be an avg gd topic and a tip for the interview: Revise ur reports, wish you all the best. .
