try installing mcxstudio on Windows 10/11 using winget

on Windows 10 and 11, you can now install mcxstudio full suite, including both mcx/mcxcl/mmc executables, matlab toolboxes (mcxlab/mcxlabcl/mmclab) and GUI (mcxstudio/mcxshow/mcxviewer) using  a single command

winget install mcxstudio

Starting from v2023, the installation path of mcxstudio has changed to C:\ProgramData\MCXStudio to allow more permissible access to the output folders.

If you have MATLAB preinstalled, mcxlab/mcxlabcl/mmclab are automatically added under MATLAB\R20xxx\toolbox\mcx\ folder. If MATLAB was not installed before installing mcxstudio, these will be installed under C:\ProgramData\MCXStudio\MATLAB, and you can manually add path to MATLAB/octave once yo have those installed.
