Hi All,

Today's agenda:-

Sahil:- Post the advertisement in the websites and give the date of article from today 8pm till 16th Sep 8pm.

Saurav:- Send a congratulation mail to the article of the month winner and as for the postal address and once it comes send the article to the respective person asap.. For more info contact devika.

Devika:- Co-ordinate everything and get the posters printed by this week asap. Tell partho instead of rishab if he isn't willing. Contact Vikas asap.

Once the article is publish send it to the MMC group for approval then you have to send it to Saurav and Sahil who will mail it to the general ppl(When mailing send it via BCC). Pasting thee cover pic for the newsletter. Complete the newsletter work by tomorrow at most.Once the article is published and send it to all the ppl then take a black and white printout. Take signature from Madam and put it in the library. Get it reimbursed from garvit( For more contact Vikas)
