MMA 16.06 update

I've had to repost this version two times to correct minor bugs. The first one was with a minor problem in plugutil.py which would only effect folks running one of the example plugins. The latest simply crashed the program on Python3 (again, a plugin problem). I've not changed the version number (not sure if that is a good idea or not!). But the current versions are on the website and are certified bug free! The correct versions are
