Hi TLs,
It was so nice to see everyone last week, and I hope everyone is having a good week so far.
As you know, we have no session this Saturday, January 16. However, we had a few items we wanted to touch base on. We need your help coordinating the launch of Test Prep (see our ask below), and have a few updates we’d like to share with our teams even though there is no session this week.
As always, please feel free to tailor the messaging below based on what works best for your team.
Test Prep Request of TLs
Test prep starts next Saturday, January 23, and we will be holding it at three different times -- Saturday afternoons from 1:00 - 2:30 and 2:30 - 4:00, and Thursday afternoons from 4:30 - 6:00. We are planning for our teams to stay together for test prep, and are looking for your help identifying the correct time slot for your team.
Can you please ask your students which time they would prefer and add your team to that slot on this tracker by Tuesday night? We’ll leave it up to you to identify a preferred time slot in whatever way is natural for your team (e.g., sending out a Doodle, asking on a group text). Please add the next steps you need your team to take to the student email below.
If you have a student that cannot make the time that works best for your team, please send Eva an email and they can attend test prep at a different time.
