What TLs Need to Know:
Activity for session -- This week we are focused on how to prepare for the Summer & Senior Fall
The primary focus for this session is giving students time with their mentors to think about next steps going into senior year
The worksheet for the activity is linked both here and in the agenda.
The worksheet outlines some dates and application components they should be thinking about
Post the activity, students can use extra time to continue building out their college lists and researching their schools
During session -- please jump from triad-to-triad to see if there are any concerns and important questions from students.
Next Steps - Students will be receiving a summer packet in the coming weeks about how to prepare for senior year and the documentation we’ll be requesting about their application profiles

Office Hours - TLs can attend an office hour session with Dan/Eva to discuss any curriculum questions they have on Thursdays from 6 to 6:50 pm
Posse & Questbridge One-pagers - Dan will be sending out one-pagers later this week about Posse and the Questbridge National College Match, which will detail next steps for those programs for senior year.
College List Templates - Colin has uploaded the college list templates to each of the students’ folders. In the case that students did not share their college list template with their TL in their folder last Saturday, the template is now there for each student (encourage them to use the template sheet in their folder for easy tracking). Students only need to populate the first tab with school information
BlackRock Summer Excellence Internship - TLs please gauge interest in this program when talking to triads and report any interested students to Dan
Volunteer recruitment
Please encourage Mentors on your team to help with recruitment! Copy & Paste our "Tip of the Week" in your Mentor text group and remind them about the contest!
Tip of the Week: Get the word out & post on Instagram using our Minds Matter IG Squares.You can use our sample messages and link to our upcoming Information Sessions!
