We will also plan to review the Summer Checklist and the college bucket list (referenced in Summer Checklist)
Summer Expectations
During the summer, we would love for you to:
Schedule & Host two virtual social activities (once in June, again in July)
1 hr commitment; as many mentees and mentors that can attend
Support materials & data collection from students
Next Year’s Plans
We have still not heard from about 50 Junior Mentors about their plans for next year. Please check to see who from your team has not responded (you can view responses in the Junior Roster in the tab "Next Year's Plans - MENTORS") and ask them to complete the this survey ASAP
Volunteer Recruitment
Please continue to keep volunteer recruitment top of mind for your Mentors. This week, we're asking Mentors to try recruiting co-workers again (see tip of the week in the mentor section).
As always, feel free to explore the recruitment toolkit for ideas! We also have an information session coming up on April 28.

Volunteer Recruitment
In order to recruit 200 Mentors by September, we need to recruit 40 Applications this month. So far we've received 15 applications.
Can you help by reaching out to your co-workers this week? Here are three simple ways:
1. Create a post on your company's internal platform - Sample Text
2. Email your team or work friends - Sample Email
3. Add MM to your signature! - Sample Text
Invite friends to our upcoming Information Sessions on April 28 or encourage them to sign-up for a Coffee Chat.
Minds Matter Summer Expectations
Schedule 1 hr check-ins with your student at least once a month
Help your student organize their application materials and notes (utilize their Minds Matter Google Drive Folder)
Utilize the summer expectations checklist to make sure your student is on track for Senior year
Next Year's Plans
If you haven’t done so already, Please complete this survey to let us know your plans for next year. Submit asap, but no later than April 25
