Changes in format of Weekly Meetings.

MOSS Steering committee meting held on Sat Mar 12 2011 from 18:00 to
20:00 hrs.
Attendees: Inash, Malik. Sobah and myself.
It was decided that MOSS weekly meetings would be held once a week
( day and time yet to be decided ) at #moss irc channel at freenode .
(http://freenode.net/). This is to facilitate a more productive
environment and to enable MOSS members abroad to also to join in on
the discussions and projects.
In addition to weekly meetings at irc, monthly meetings would be held
at a place and time that would be announced on MOSS website, the
mailing list and MOSS calendar. This monthly meeting will target the
wider community and will focus on idea sharing instead of decision-
making. This is to attract Free software advocates and to let the
community be aware of latest free-software and MOSS news.
