Update on Dell XPS

I had the owner run this from the terminal
apt list --installed 'nautilus*'
Most of the messages in syslog were about brasero and megasync so removed them
sudo apt purge nautilus-extension-brasero nautilus-megasync
Still getting too hot too fast. Had the owner listen to it with a
stethoscope, perfect silence.
Current state of play we have shut the box down and ordered a new fan.
If there are still odd messages in syslog after that is installed I
will post again.
