Good morning,

I now have some further documents (attached) regarding the 2019 AUATK (Australian Association of Teachers of Korean) Workshop, to be held on 22-23 November at UNSW, Sydney.

I am still seeking expressions of interest from up to three teacher representatives from QLD to present briefly at this workshop. Each of the teacher representatives will be given 10 minutes where they can share what they have been doing at their school or educational setting.

Presentation materials need to be emailed to Clara Kim by 7th November 2019. Further information is in the invitation letter attached.

A reminder that accommodation (three nights - 21, 22 and 23 Nov) and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner on 22 and 23 Nov plus breakfast on 24 Nov) will be met by the AUATK for 1-3 presenters from QLD. They may be able to contribute to their return airfare to Sydney (but no taxis). If you are wishing to attend, I strongly advise that you nominate to present in order to receive the above support. Please email me your expression of interest to present by next Monday 28 October 2019 so that I can confirm the QLD representatives.

Furthermore, it is time for people to renew membership with (or join) the AUATK prior to the workshop. There will be no fees for the workshop attendance for AUATK members. Workshop attendance in open to all AUATK members, not just presenters. Please complete the registration form attached once you have confirmed conference attendance with me.

Please let me know if you need any further clarification regarding the above or attached information, and ensure that you reply in a timely manner if you are intending to attend.

Kind regards

Andrea Blakely
