Patch for 'setup.py' file

Dear MLPy developers,
Have you considered applying the patch from Gentoo GNU/Linux bugzilla
which makes some small corrections to the 'setup.py' file?

I have been using this patch to install MLPy on my Gentoo system for
several versions already and it seems to work fine.
