Hello,

I'm used to work with MLO on my computer, and I'm using workspaces a lot.
Actually the file Iµ'm working on is shared with someone else.
So I have my folders, with the things I have to do, and we created other folders with things we have in common, and my partner has her own folders too.
So I created several workspaces, each one is displaying the content of a folder.
What I mean is when I open MLO, I just click on one tab or another, and I can see the tasks of my own folders, or the folders I share with my partner.

Now I installed MLO on her android tablet, and we're in a big mess... because the only thing we see is a list of tasks, out of their context I could say - this is when I use the "all tasks" view.

When I click on the projects tab, I ahve a list of all the projects: her projets and mine.

I'm not sure if I make myself clear, but what I'd like to know is:

- Am I using MLO the correct way ?
- Is there a way to create workspaces on MLO-android ?
- If not, then what is the best way to use MLO considering the fact that I'm sharing the data and I have to be able to quickly switch between my own tasks (ordered by directories for example), and the tasks I share with my partners.

I hope you'll be able to help me because I'm feeling very confused...
Thanks a lot.

I believe the easiest way to do this is to set up bookmarks for the folders question. go to the Outline and long hold a folder containing your or her tasks. (You may need to add a folder above to group them) from bookmarks you can zoom that folder. Then all the views will follow that zoom. You'll probably have to re zoom to show shared, unfortunately.

You might also be able to do something with sync but it's complicated. To use branch sync you have to sync to another file them that file gets synced to the cloud which probably requires Windows scheduler.

Let us know if you find something better!

if i am not wrong. Workspace is not available on MLO android. It is a desktop only feature.

Like what Lisa suggested. Using folders to differentiate who's who to do is the best way to go.

Another way is to use a person context. Tag tasks belongs to you or the other person. Then in android, filter the task using contexts.

hope this is helpful.
