I've got the same problem, wifi sync android <-> PC seems very very broken to me.Every time I try to sync, my PC has a new IP address via DHCP, so I have to recreate the pairing, and maybe that has something to do with the sync problems?Anyway once I recreate the pair and the sync takes place, everything on Android takes precedence. Any tasks I have marked as complete on the PC suddenly are reverted back to uncomplete.
Any notes I have added against tasks on PC disappear for good. This is not really what I would call sync...

Obviously conflict resolution always has a part in sync, and either choosing a default direction or prompting the user or attempting merge are all valid strategies, but MLO seems to be treating EVERY item as conflicted, even if only one side was changed (marked complete or other change) since last sync. It's pretty broken.
Lisa, I appreciate that this is not a problem for you, and I would like you to recognize that it is a severe problem for others including me. It happens most severely for me with repeating tasks that have subtasks where some subtasks were marked completed on one platform and others on the other platform. On each side, marking a subtask complete causes the parent to sync and there is no way to make it come out correct or avoid losing changes. This would be less frustrating if this were 2003 and sync was a work in progress, however there are many cloud-based services available today that do not have a problem syncing correctly, and MLO’s simplistic and unreliable sync is really frustrating to those who experience the problem.
