Hi all

I'm experiencing some frustration trying to sync my Samsung Galaxy SIII to the MLO Cloud and wondered if anybody can shed any light on it.

When I 'Test Connection' all is ok.

When I use the phone's data it syncs just fine.

It's only when I try and sync over WiFi that I get the error message "Could not connect to MLO Cloud. Check internet connection'. I have tried un-checking the 'Use secure connection' check box, but that didn't make a difference.

All help is really appreciated!

cheers
Mark

Hello
Can you please send a list of steps you do when switch to 'sync over WiFi' to support att mylifeorganized dot net? Thank you!

I had a similar problem a long time ago, not sure if this will help but it might be worth a try.
1. Make sure wifi is on and data is off
2. Shut down and restart the phone
3. Make sure wifi is still on and data is still off
4. Make sure that you are fully connected: use browser to access some website that you have not used for a month
5. Start mlo
6. Turn off secure connection
7. Try to sync
