i dont really understand your problem as I dont understand the language of the screenshot.

My guess is, you dont know how to create a Project and New Context within MLO android. Am i correct?

Here're some suggestions:

A. To create project:

================

01. tap on the middle of an existing task.

02. Task properties panel pop out. 

03. Tap edit

04. on the bottom part of the edit page, tap the "project"

05. "Check" the project check box and assign project status.

results: the task will become a project.

optional: you can long press a task to edit.

B. To create a New Context:

=====================

01. When MLO is launched. A main menu page is presented.

02. Tap "@ & Locations", you are presented with the context list

03. Press Menu and "Add Context"

04. To delete a context, long press and "delete context"

05. to edit context properties, tap in the middle of a context. you'll be presented the context properties.

Note: You cant create/edit/delete a context within the Task Properties Panel.
