dear hemant..this 25,000 includes

28th and 29th ..all 6 meals for entire family...souvenir, memntos, registration. registraion kits, as well as entertainment activities that the organisers will arrange for entire two days for the batchmates and their families...we are trying for some good celebrities to entertain us on both the days ...plus expenses of liquor....plus venue charges plus transportation charges plus lighting of our entire college...

this doesnt include stay
