Here is a question I saw on another blog and my response below that.
The reason I even put it here is because it's a great teaching lesson
about how NOT to build anyone's business. And it's a good lesson in
why one shouldn't lump people together in one pot, so to
speak. . .. .Kurt

The question was:
Are a lot of Jehovah's Witnesses distributors of Amway products?

My response was:
Amway IBOs are from all walks of life.

Your sterotypical question answers more about who you are than
anything else.

Interesting responses, too. Churches are about the worst place to
"promote" your networking business, but then "promoting" it anywhere
is not the best way to build your business.

In my humble opinion, the best way to build my business is to use the
products and keep my eyes and ears open to anyone who is interested in
my products or in building a business themselves.

I do more teaching on how and why to not "promote" your business than
I do on how to do it. Most networkers over promote when they get
started and that just turns most people off.

If you run into a group of Amway IBOs who tend to belong to one
particular group or another it's probably more a confirmation of the
old saying that "birds of a feather flock together".

It sounds like you've met someone who is a Jehovah's Witness and guess
what, they have probably sponsored other JW's.

I'm betting that a lot of your friends jump to conclusions, too,
because birds of feather flock together.
