Seeking Implementation director

KOZ, the developer of KOZ Community Self-Publishing, is expanding its
implementation staff as a result of recent account growth. It is seeking
an implementation director to work with its clients in developing use of
the service by large community groups. The implementation director works
closely with the clients, usually newspaper web sites, sharing success
stories and building a knowledge base of tactics and strategies. The
implementation director also works closely with the KOZ engineering staff,
interpreting client and user experiences for incorporation into future
versions of the software.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the newspaper business and in
online ventures and will be located in the Northeast. A fair amount of
travel is required.
