Well, Richard and others, FYI, Videotron announced yesterday
that the UBI Project is officially out of the business.

"The UBI Consortium announces that it will be
dissolved as of December 31, coinciding with
the end of Phase I of its pilot project which
currently links close to 20,000 homes in the
Saguenay region."
