I am curious how other isp's are pricing their dsl? What seems to be a
good fair? Do you charge more for the fortunate individuals who want and
can receive 512K and even upwards of 700K? Also, what seems
to be a good price for additional ip addresses and how do you handle the
issue of those individuals who have multiple stations on their network?

Does anyone have any advice on flat fee or basic fee with additional
charges for Downloads?

We have been selling ADSL in our market for about three weeks. So far,
the response has been pretty good.

Our pricing is at http://home.erie.net/adsl/ We decided on different
pricing for Business and Residential simply because we know that the
businesses are going to be heavier users than residential customers.

We have been offering the service since July and had heavy interest. Our
biggest challenge has been availability from US West, but this has been
improving greatly. Once the circuit is in place the reliability has been
comparable to Frame Relay.

We serve primarily business customers with full class C IP configurations,
but we do offer subnet class C IP configurations for home users with as
many as seven devices.

Feel free to contact me by email for further information.

Good luck,

Kelly
