I have been very please with MegaPOP. At one ISP that I used to be involved
with, we were their first customer in the Philadelphia Area. Since then, I
have been doing some consulting for a different ISP. I recommended the
MegaPOP service to them, and there have been no complaints that I am aware
of. Their radius-proxy setup is the best option, as you only pay for the
actual number of unique id's that use the MegaPOP ports that month.

Over 2 years ago when I first got involved with them, while they did have
problems, they were always resolved in a timely manner. Their staff is
top-notch at what they do, especially Chris Parker and Dave Zortea. Their
President, Russ is first rate.

I highly recommend them.

Disclaimer: I am only a satisfied quasi-customer of MegaPOP, and I am not
employed by them at all.

We just setup with them yesterday and they were very professional. We were
in a hurry to have our account setup because our previous wholesale dialup
provider has been down for the better part of nine days! They were very
supportive and got us online in a few hours. I have been call random POPs
since then and have had very good connections. I am very impressed them so
far.

As I have been doing a lot of research on this subject I would like to know
who the wholesale dialup provider is that has been down for 9 days. I just
want to make sure they aren't accidentally on my short list!
Thanks,
Andy
