PathCopyEx on Vista

I know others have already posted about this, but there hasn't been a
reply.

I've grown dependent on PathCopyEx over the years. But when I install
it on my Vista x64 machine, it doesn't show up in my right-click
context menu. Has anyone gotten it to work?

Note that, in Vista, you can right-click on the explorer menu where
the path is and select an option to copy the path, but that path won't
include the file... just the current directory.
