Atleast 10 years of experience as SQA specialist with at least 5 years as SQA Manager
Must have been a part of a company that has been assessed atleast CMMI L 3 implementations.
Should have extensive experience working in CMMI / ISO related SDLC processes.
Should be Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)/  Certified Manager of Software Quality (CMSQ) / Certified Manager of Software Testing (CMST). (Again, minimum 1 cert from the above)
7 years of Organizational wide Quality Assurance management,
5 years of experience in Best Practices assessments,  Gap analysis,
5 years of experience in Implementation / institutionalization of SDLC related Quality assurance processes,
7 years of experience in Software Quality Testing Metrics management,
5 years of experience Key performance indicators management, stake holder training
Strong Communication skills and proven ability to work with various stakeholders in a large organization
Must have deep expertise in IEEE/Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK)
Must have led group training and senior leadership presentations
