Dear MLHS IB parents,
We are looking for parent volunteers from every grade level.
IB testing begins in March and continues into May and we need parents to volunteer as proctors. Briefly, proctoring involves helping to distribute test materials, monitoring the students, and collecting materials at the end. A complete list of instructions will be sent to you when you sign up. Please feel free to sign for morethan one session. These test cannot be administered without proctors.
Attached is the exam schedule for 2009 as well as the number of proctors needed ( see below if you cannot open the attachment). Please write to me at madhu...@hotmail.com with your name, phone number, email address, student's name, the year they are due to graduate, and the dates/time that you can help. Also note if you can be available as a reserve (in case someone falls ill or is otherwise unable to fulfill their commitment) on short notice.
Please keep in mind that we need approx. 95 volunteers in this year and your support is essential to IB program. Thanks in advance for your support.
