Smart Classroom - Unknown error prevents training

Good afternoon everyone,

I am preparing the Smart Classroom activity to do it with my 5th graders and  when I go to train the model I get an unknown error message in a pink bar ( see below).

I tried setting up the project again and that didn't work either.

What else should I troubleshoot?

Sorry - I didn't think to ask if your project was stored in the cloud

As it isn't, I can't look at it - the only copy of it is on your computer. Please can you download a copy of the training data and send me that, and then I can try it for myself.
