I'm very sorry that there is a new issue today that is again impacting models that depend on the watsonx Assistant service (which means models that recognize text are returning unexpected errors).

I'm so sorry that this issue has come so soon after the more widespread outage earlier in the week - I hope it will be resolved soon.

In the meantime, it looks like the rest of the site is still functional, so other model types are unaffected.
