Kids logging in to site

Hello, 

I have created a class and have the ability to get into my class management, however my students cannot access the site without it continuously refreshing the page. Does anyone know what would be causing this? They would try logging in or anything and the page will just refresh and we never get anywhere. Thank you to anyone that can help us solve this issue.

If you can provide some details, I'd be happy to help investigate this with you. 

Any details at all could be useful, but to give you some suggestions:

- what browsers are they using? Does this happen with every browser? 

- what OS are they using? Does this happen with every OS? 

- if you log in with their username/password from where you created the class, do you see the problem? (In other words, is the symptom unique to their user accounts, or to the system they're trying to log in from?) 

- can you collect an example log of the problem? (the way you access the console log depends on what type of browser they're using - you can see instructions for some common browsers at https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browser-console/ )

- do they also see the same problem if they use "Try it now" to access the site instead of using a username/password?
