Details on how to do this are at https://machinelearningforkids.co.uk/#!/debug

Thanks for providing that.

The log shows where you clicked on the button to train the model:
1624636117931 [ml4kmodels] creating model

And reports that this failed a few seconds later
1624636121839 [ml4kmodels] model training failed
1624636121839 {"data":{"code":"MLMOD01","error":"Your class already has created their maximum allowed number of models. Please let your teacher or group leader know that their \"Watson Assistant API keys have no more skills available\""},"status":409...

And that this was displayed in the UI
1624636121839 [ml4kmodels] displaying alert
1624636121839 {"code":"MLMOD01","error":"Your class already has created their maximum allowed number of models. Please let your teacher or group leader know that their \"Watson Assistant API keys have no more skills available\""} 1624636121839 {"code":"MLMOD01","error":"Your class already has created their maximum allowed number of models. Please let your teacher or group leader know that their \"Watson Assistant API keys have no more skills available\""}

This should've appeared on the page as:
