Scratch extension on Machine Learning doesn't work

Hello everyone

I try to make a makes me smile project in scratch for my students. However, in scratch, Machine Learning blocks are not seen. So I cannot add the Machine Learning blocks in my project. How can I fix the problem? Can you help me please?

For example - How are you accessing Scratch? What is the web address when you access Scratch?
