I don't know, sorry. I'd love to be more helpful, but I don't own enough computers to do that sort of testing to give you specifics like a minimum hardware spec.
I have a Macbook Pro and a Raspberry Pi. I know the site works well with both of those.
I know that the language models are (by a massive distance) the most complex models I have on the site - the other model types are orders of magnitude smaller and simpler.
I know some model types (recognising text and recognising numbers) require far less from your own computer, because they are trained in the cloud, so there is less for your computer to do.
I know that the size of the project makes a big difference - I never hear of problems about students who create a project with a couple dozen training examples, but I sometimes hear examples of students who have created a project with many many thousand training examples who report that their laptop struggles to train a model.
