I have a problem. I tried using storage in my web browser and I got an "unknown error". No additional information. Now that I want to use a predict numbers model I just can't. I tried using my companies teacher account, I tried using a guest account, no luck. No idea what's going on.

Thank you,
Margo B.

Sorry about that.

If you are able to provide a diagnostics log, please, that would give me a technical description of what had happened in a way that would let me hopefully fix the problem for you.

There are steps for how to do this at https://machinelearningforkids.co.uk/#!/debug

For step 3, please do whatever it is that resulted in the "Unknown error"

Kind regards

Hi,

I also faced "unknown error" when creating an image project stored in my browser. It was ok if I chose to store in the cloud.

Here's my log file. I'm using Raspberry Pi 4.

Sorry about that! It looks like something has gone wrong with the Projects store in your browser

I suggest using https://machinelearningforkids.co.uk/#!/reset-storage to reset your Projects store - and then refreshing your page and trying again.

Kind regards
