Some "unknown error" comes when I try to Learn and Test my model. What to do?

Sorry, there is currently an outage in IBM Cloud that is impacting the Watson Assistant service that are used to run models to recognise text. You can track this at https://cloud.ibm.com/status - I'm afraid that I don't have any insight into a resolution timeline for this, other than that I hope it is resolved soon!

In the meantime, please note that all other model types in Machine Learning for Kids (models to recognize numbers, models to recognise images, models to recognise sounds, models to predict numbers, models to generate text, and pretrained models) are all unaffected by this, as they do not depend on IBM Cloud services.

I'll add another reply here if I hear that the problem is corrected.
