Scratch 3.0 GUI doesn't loads

Sometimes Scratch 3.0 doesn't load, and mostly I have faced this issue at night. Even tried multiple times to refresh the tab or reopen the Scratch, but nothing happens. Is there any other way to handle this scenario so that I can access Scratch, or is it a server issue?

Sorry about this. 

I haven't seen this happen, and I don't see anything in the logs on my side that would explain it either - so I'm not sure what to suggest. 

If you encounter this again, it would be super useful if you could see if there are any clues in your browser's developer console (see https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browser-console/ if you're not familiar with how to access this). 

For example, if you see this screenshot of my developer console when I access Scratch, I can see the versions of the individual files that are loaded, I can see that almost all of them were not actually downloaded but rather loaded from cache from previous visits, I can see the messages that were printed to the console as those files were loaded, etc. 

All of this is a description of what happened when I accessed Scratch. The equivalent info from your browser will likely contain the explanation for why your browser failed to load the page. 

Otherwise, clearing your browser cache (not just refreshing the page) is generally good advice when encountering errors in web apps (see https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/clear-cache/ if you're not sure how to do this)
