how can i see project after deleting model

As you told me that there is a limit for only 2 projects. and we need to delete our existing project to work on new projects.

so does it mean that we will not be able to open the scratch sb3 file which we have already done and downloaded?

will it work if we delete our existing project from the machine learning website?

The Scratch blocks for a machine learning model will not work if the model has been deleted - as those blocks will be references to something that no longer exists.
