connecting vertica to mlflow for recording runs

Hi,

Has anyone tried connecting vertica with mlflow? It's an SQLAlchemy compatible database which means it should work with mlflow.

I’m not sure whether anyone’s tried it, but feel free to open an issue on GitHub if you run into problems with it. It should work through SQLAlchemy.
