I kno all of u r well geared 4 de examinations
n ur top corners are ignited and filled with the enthu
to do ur best and create new records in scoring
awesome marks.
Shall take pleasure in correcting de intellectual output.
For ur reference, have attchd some ppt, adobe and word files
which comprise of some part of ur syllabus. The textbook
and the notes I have given(printouts) as well as case studies
are important. Principles of insurance, IRDAs role, regulation
in de insurance sector, zero tolerance of corruption(de last chapters)
were missed by those of u who did not attend de lecture, so
u will have to learn from texbook.
Protection to the whisleblower and what is whistleblowing we
have done twice in class. Some textbooks have not covered it
and i have misplaced m notes, so u will have to search de net
n make ur notes on importance of whistleblowing and protection
to the whistleblower.
The committee reports attchd here do not have to be learnt by
heart but u must understand de imp of each report, which sector
it pertains to and basic contents.
Clause 49 of listing requirements as enunciated in the Narayanamurthy Committee
report, has already been given to u in de notes.
