matlab compiler for mlcomp

Matt Dunham and I have developed a matlab program that can
auto-generate a self-contained
octave script that bundles up all your octave code
and which conforms to the mlcomp interface. This can then be run on the cloud.

PS. I recently moved this functionality from our matlabTools site
to our pmtk3 site. The svn repositories are up-to-date, but the .zip snapshots
are not. However, the .zip snapshots should represent a consistent
(albeit a bit old)
state of affairs...
