How can I access eachmovie dataset?

I have down research in the field of recommendation system, especially
collaborative filtering for my thesis. Now to evaluate my ideas
eachmovie data set must be experimented as base to compare the
performance of my algorithm with traditional collaborative system.
But unfortunately mentioned dataset is no longer available for
download. Can you help me to share or send it for me?

In general, it is up to whoever uploaded the dataset to determine
whether it is available for download by other users. In this case,
eachmovie has been marked as restricted access, so MLcomp is not
allowed to release it. You must contact the owner of the dataset.
