mlapd-0.3 released

hi guys,

took a while, but version 0.3 is here !

Mainly fixes issues #1 #3 #4 #5 which means that now you will:
* have the log messages properly redirected in a file, and you can
enable or disable debug messages with an option
* can specify via command line a custom path for the logfile, the
pidfile and the configuration file
* find in doc/ an initscript for Red Hat (and derived) as requested
* launch the app from sbin/mlapd.py and it will correctly
daemonized, no need for the bash script anymore
