Questions on Perceptron in assignment 2

Hello
If a dataset is not linearly separable when do you end the perceptron
algorithm, I couldn't find any suggestions for it and since we don't
know w I can't find a way to compute gamma. Also when we are to plot ||
w||, are we to plot ||[w,b]|| (w_tilde) or ||[w]|| (w).

You can plot ||w_tilde|| = ||[w b]|| as was discussed in class.
