The Vision & Learning Lab at the ECE Dept. University of Alberta, is recruiting graduate students.
Our lab focuses on exciting research topics in computer vision and machine learning. We are looking for motivated graduate students to join us in either the Winter 2024 (started at Jan.) or the Fall 2024 (starting Sep.) intakes.

Dr. Li CHENG is a professor with the ECE Dept., University of Alberta, Canada. His research expertise is mainly in computer vision and machine learning. His research work has resulted in over 120 referred papers including those published at journals such as IEEE Trans. Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, International Journal of Computer Vision, as well as conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ICML, NIPS, MICCAI, and AAAI. He is an associate editor of IEEE Trans. Multimedia.
