The 16 ITG Conference on Speech Communication is taking place in
Berlin, Germany, September 24th to 26th - please mark your calendars, and come visit Germany to discuss the most recent developments in creating reliable, resilient and efficient speech-based systems.
If you would like to contribute late-breaking results, the deadline is now approaching for demo posters. These will be allocated to a special demo session in the lobby of Harnack-Haus,
during the main conference. Here, you can present recent research, illustrated through
tangible artefacts, such as audio demos, simulations, interactive systems,
robots, or speech production devices. These contributions may not warrant a
full paper on their own, but are nonetheless of great interest to attendees of
ITG Speech Communication.
In order to qualify for a demo poster, you are asked to
submit a short paper (max. 2 pages plus a separate page for references),
otherwise following the standard paper template. Submission Deadline: June 30,
2025, 23h59 CEST. All details can be found under:
https://www.tu.berlin/qu/itg-sc-2025/call-for-papers
Each short paper for a Demo Poster will be internally
reviewed, and the successful candidates will be notified together with the
regular paper authors around July 18, 2025. The submitted short papers will be
made available via the conference website and in the program; they will however
not be integrated into the proceedings, and will not be distributed via
IEEExplore. This is a great possibility to showcase algorithms and systems, and
to discuss the most recent results in speech enhancement, ASR, TTS, emotion recognition, and more!
With best regards from Germany,
Dorothea Kolossa (for the organizing committee)
