Dear Colleagues,

Here's an opportunity to contribute chapters for the forthcoming book that I'm editing, entitled “Machine Learning for Societal Improvement, Modernization, and Progress” to be published by IGI Global, an international publisher of progressive academic research. I would like to take this opportunity to cordially invite you / your team to submit your unpublished, original work that aligns with the title of the book for consideration of publication.

We already received some good chapter proposals relating to applying ML in diverse areas such as metagenomics, cyber security, healthcare, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and cognitive biases and are looking for more. Full chapter is not due until Feb 3, but a proposal (abstract) is now due Dec 5, 2021.

There is no publication fee and the publisher continuously works closely with all of the major indices such as Scopus, Web of Science Book Citation Index, Google Scholar, etc: https://igi-prod-wa-igiglobal-account-testing.azurewebsites.net/books/indices/index/all upon the book's release.

Please encourage your colleagues also to contribute. I am hopeful that contributions from your professional circles on this topic would make excellent additions to this publication. Please also feel free to let me know if you'd like to help as a reviewer or if you have any other ideas for collaboration, now or in future.

Please visit https://www.igi-global.com/publish/call-for-papers/call-details/5519 for more details regarding this book and to submit your work. You can also find detailed manuscript formatting and submission guidelines at http://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you very much for your consideration of this invitation, and I hope to read your chapter proposal soon.

With every best wish,

Vishnu S. Pendyala, Ph.D.
