Belt and Road PhD Scholarship in Bayesian Machine Learning at the University of Hong Kong

Dear all,

I am looking for applicants to the PhD program at the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science in the University of Hong Kong under the Belt and Road initiative. This scholarship will completely cover the tuition of the students. Moreover, applicants must be from a participating Belt and Road country (see the list here: https://eng.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/list/c/10076).

Qualified students for this scholarship should possess at least a 1st class honors Bachelors degree, as well as have prior research experience or published papers in Bayesian statistics and machine learning (see my website for examples of research problems I am interested in: michaelzhang01.github.io).
