DEEP LEARNING POSTDOC POSITIONS IN BARCELONA

We are seeking a postdoc to join the Learning and Machine Perception (LAMP) team in beautiful Barcelona.  The LAMP team is participating in the Ramon Llull-AIRA Postdoctoral Programme (co-funded by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie programme under Horizon Europe). The LAMP team is in the Computer Vision Center at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona; a center with over 100 persons working on computer vision research. 

The position is for 3 years. The exact subject of the postdoc can be defined between the supervisor and the candidate, but should be related with one of the following main research lines of LAMP:

- Diffusion models for image generation
- Continual learning of deep neural networks

ELIGIBILITY

MSCA Mobility Rule: Candidates must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than 12 months in the three years  immediately before the deadline of the co-funded programme’s Open Call.

• CANDIDATE ’S PROFILE

• The candidate should possess a PhD at the time of enrollment, and have a strong publication record. The candidate should have a background in machine learning and deep learning. The applicants are expected to be fluent in both oral and written communication in English. They should work well in a team while demonstrating initiative and independence. The candidate is expected to supervise PhD students.

FUNDING CONDITIONS
Living allowance of 38-55k€/year (gross salary) depending on experience.
